With the increase of urbanization ratio,the increase of aging population,the change of consumer consumption mode,the application of "Internet +",the integration of online and offline,the commercialized application of big data and the rise of the concept of smart retailing,new demands have been put forward to the retail industry,and the competition among retail businesses is becoming more and more intense.Faced with the change of market environment,enterprises in the period of innovation and transformation of retail industry carry out various strategies to maintain and enhance their position and competitive advantage in the market.Convenience stores belong to one of 17 retail formats in China.They play an active role in retail terminals.The service content and mode of convenience stores are also changing.The business models of chain convenience stores in different market environments are different.Therefore,how to adapt to the changes of the market environment and improve the business model is a problem that needs to be faced and solved in the strategic development of chain convenience stores.Based on the Weizhu business model theory,through field interviews and surveys,this paper combs the status quo of the business model of Jianfu convenience store,and analyses the main problems existing in the existing business model: the content of enterprise positioning is not specific,the key resources and capabilities are not obvious,the profit channels are few,and the brand competitiveness is not strong.Through the comparative analysis of the business mode of MeiYiJia convenience store,we find the similarities and differences of business models.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,we can find a way out for the strategic development of the enterprise.We use SWOT method to make a comprehensive strategic analysis,and point out the strategic direction for the future development of the enterprise.This paper uses Weizhu model to design the improvement scheme of the original business model,including the precise positioning of the enterprise,the construction of multi-platform integrated trading business system,the optimization of key resources and capabilities,the broadening of profit sources,the optimization of cash flow structure and the promotion of enterprise value,etc.,and uses the canvas improvement of business model to demonstrate the scheme.Safeguard measures for improving business models.Through the research on the improvement of business model of JianFu Convenience Store,it is concluded that the business model of enterprises needs to be adjusted and improved with the change of market environment;the smart retailing is not a technical problem,need to fully integrate technology with online and offline resources,reduce the cost of enterprises and create value;the improvement of business model requires enterprises capital and talents.It can be used for reference in improving the business mode of convenience stores in China.
