The Research On The Economic Growth Impact Of Scientific And Technological Achievements Transformation In Hebei Province

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status quo of Hebei Province's scientific and technological achievements transformation based on relative theory and the Hebei Province's economic growth impact of scientific and technological achievements both in absolute and relative points as a quantitative analysis by gray correlation method and data envelopment analysis, identify the problems, recommend appropriate solutions for scientific and technological achievements, provide reliable guidance and promote the economic growth sustainably in Hebei Province.First, this paper introduced the theory of scientific and technological achievements, and explained the concept and classification of scientific and technological achievements, the concept and form of scientific and technological achievements transforming, the theoretical basis and the transformation process. This paper also described the quantitative research methods-gray correlation method and data envelopment analysis method. The necessary groundwork is prepared for further analysis of the economic growth impact of scientific and technological achievements transforming in Hebei Province.Second, the paper analyzed the status of scientific and technological achievements transforming in Hebei Province from Hebei Province science and technology achievements of the resources, scientific and technological achievements of outputs, scientific and technological achievements transforming and technology intermediary service system, and revealed the problems of Hebei Province science and technology achievements and analyzed deeply the reason.Again, this paper analyzed absolute and relative value of the economic growth impact on science and technology achievements transforming in Hebei Province by gray correlation method and data envelopment analysis, and assessed the level of scientific and technological achievements comprehensively in Hebei Province, which provided a good basis for promoting economic growth smoothly on scientific and technological achievements transforming in Hebei Province.Finally, combining with the analyzed comprehensively results of economic growth impact on scientific and technological achievements, this paper proposed appropriate countermeasures for its problems in Hebei Province, which will improve the level of scientific and technological achievements transforming.
