Research On Government Functions In The Development Of E-commerce In Yichun City

As a forestry resource-based city,it is of great importance for Yichun to develop e-commerce and expand sales channels of agroforestry products to promote local economic transformation and upgrading.However,due to disperse industrial development,lack of supporting system,slow market development,inefficient government support and other adverse factors,the development of e-commerce in Yichun is facing a huge challenge.To develop e-commerce,it is far from enough to rely solely on the strength of the weak market,but the government should play relevant functions.The author believes that the development of electronic commerce is a by the operators,standard system,the industrial chain,supporting facilities,such as the four elements of system engineering.For electronic commerce,the five elements complement each other,be short of one cannot,should be the focus of yichun e-commerce development.Therefore,this paper discussed government functions in e-commerce,learned from domestic and overseas experience,analyzed the development of e-commerce and the implementation of government functions,and pointed out the development target of e-commerce in Yichun.In addition,four factors structure for the development of electronic commerce,,it made some policy suggestions for the government to play functions in the development of e-commerce from the perspective of nurturing,development,supporting and guarantee environment in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of e-commerce in Yichun.
