Spatial Structure And Land-use Measures Of Tourist Attraction System In Chang-zhu-tan Urban Agglomeration

Since the reform and opening up, with the change of tourism market structure and the rapid development of transportation, tourism industry has become a new growth point of national economic development, its spatial structure is undergoing profound changes. However, the early predatory development caused many negative effects for tourism attraction, which seriously restrict the development of regional tourism, so the protection of tourism attraction is imminent.In order to protect the tourism environment, reduce and ease the other negative effects tourism which brought about by the social, cultural and ecological, the most effective way to maximize the tourism benefits is organizing the spatial structure of land use reasonably. The paper used geographic concentration index, Thiessen polygon, location entropy, Gini coefficient method to study the tourism attract system and the structure of land use, the following main results and conclusions were obtained.(1) The structure of land use is mainly based on forest land and cultivated land, and the second is the urban village, mine land and water conservancy facilities land.Using 143 tourist attractions in Chang-zhu-tan urban agglomeration as example, the paper found that the spatial distribution of tourism attraction is cluster distribution by geographic concentration index.(2) Through the Gini coefficient, the spatial structure of the cultural tourism attraction is the highest, followed by the natural sightseeing and leisure tourism attractions.(3) By using the location entropy, the regional spatial structure is presented as a "middle large, two small" spatial structure difference.(4) For the different influencing factors, the results showed that the factors affected the spatial distribution structure in different extent, like the natural conditions, culture, population, economy, transportation and other factors.(5) Starting from land use, cultural heritage protection, the industrial layout and so on, the paper suggest that it should be tightened the development and construction of natural tourist attraction which means the forest and rivers and lakes; it also should reinforced the characteristic construction of cultural tourism attraction, that is, included "red tourism" and "Yanling culture",and it is necessary to plan the "humanities" tourist products route; finally, at this stage, recreation tourism attraction could combine the design of scenic belt along river, strengthen the construction of public management sites of scenic facilities land, at the same time, encourage the development of new tourism products.
