Research On The Quality Management Of The Third Economic Census In Guangxi

The national economic census is a large-scale census activity to find out the basic conditi5ons of our economy and comprehensively investigate and master the development scale,industrial structure and economic efficiency of the secondary and tertiary industries according to the unified time,methods and standards.Economic census is a large-scale comprehensive census project,is also an understanding of our economic conditions,an important means of our understanding of the status of economic development and economic development in the future plays a vital role.The quality of the survey has been called the lifeline of statistical work,but for the time being,there are still many problems in the quality of census in China,such as the accuracy is not enough,the comparability is not strong and the data connection is low.To play its basic role.Therefore,how to improve the quality of census has become a necessary subject.In this paper,the third economic census project in Guangxi as an example to analyze the quality of statistical work in Guangxi Economic Survey of the existence of the problem,analysis of the causes of problems;and then learn from the experience at home and abroad,using the concept of project management,proposed the establishment of the whole process Economic census quality control system,organization of economic census post-mortem quality checks and the establishment of census business standardization management system,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of statistical investigation.
