Entrepreneurship is a highly complex activity which can be seen from the common entrepreneurial failure phenomenon and the shorter life cycle of general enterprises,new ventures that can actually survive and achieve sustainable growth and can finally be built to last are few in reality.The development of new enterprises is inseparable from entrepreneurs'right and effective decision-making,because compared to the mature enterprises,the cost of decision-making mistakes on the start-up companies are often greater pressure,and sometimes even reached a fatal level.It is the subject of this article that how entrepreneurs make effective business decisions with the help of their own network relationships to survive the difficulties in the initial stage and achieve sustainable growth.The following three issues are discussed in detail:First,how to promote the entrepreneurial decision-making by network relation,what kind of network relationship should be constructed to make effective entrepreneurial decision-making;Second,entrepreneurial opportunity recognition plays what role between network relation and entrepreneurial decision-making;Third,whether the entrepreneurial network capability influences the relationship between network relation and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.Based on the above three issues,this paper summarizes the existing literatures on network relations,entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,entrepreneurial decision-making and entrepreneurial network competence at home and abroad through literature analysis and logical deduction,and puts forward research hypotheses and constructs the theoretical model.Then a questionnaire survey is conducted in a number of cities in Zhejiang Province,and 164 valid questionnaires are obtained,the reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression and other statistical methods are used by SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software to deal with the data obtained to test the proposed hypotheses,eventually most of the hypotheses of this research are confirmed.Specific conclusions are drawn as follows:First,the network relation has an indirect effect on entrepreneurial decision.The network relation can promote the improvement of entrepreneurial decision-making performance entirely through entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.The weak relation has a more significant impact on entrepreneurial decision-making than strong relation.Entrepreneurs have access to new ideas and heterogeneous resources through their social network relations to promote the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities to enhance the performance of entrepreneurial decision-making;Second,the intermediary role of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.The influence of network relation on entrepreneurial decision-making needs to be realized by the key factor of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.Weak ties have stronger advantage in information acquisition,more positive effect on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,and more significant influence.Third,entrepreneurial network capability can promote entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.The stronger the ability of entrepreneurs to develop,develop and manage network relations,the more external resources they acquire through network relations,which will promote the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.
