In recent years,as China continues to accelerate industrial restructuring,the proportion of catering services in our national economy began to increase,and has become a new economic growth point.At the same time,professional market segmentation further intensified,catering to the core competitiveness of enterprises also put forward higher requirements.Supply chain management is an important component of the core competitiveness,supply chain optimization is directly determines the quality of enterprise management.In this situation urgently requires companies to its procurement,storage,transportation,processing,marketing supply chain for further improvement to be able to adapt to the new era of market demand,with simultaneous changes in market demand and the ability to respond.This paper first reviewed the literature on the theory of catering enterprises chain management,supply chain,value chain,customer relations and other studies;secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,from a macro point of view,analysis of China's food and beverage supply chain FAQ chain management,and put forward the future development trend.Third,from the microscopic point of view,the analysis of the restaurant chain supply chain structure model and the key to the country's second largest restaurant chain H restaurant chain company,for example,proposed H restaurant chain Supply Chain Management Evaluation Index System framework,and ultimately build a H enterprise supply chain management evaluation model.Fourth,through on-site survey of the way,for H enterprise supply chain management were specific evaluation.Finally,the improvement of H enterprise supply chain management strategies.Namely:to further strengthen the supply chain infrastructure,establishing supplier partnerships based on supply chain management,improve logistics and distribution management,improve the on-demand customer relationship management systems.Through this study,the theory is applied to the supply chain restaurant chain,for academia to provide more research ideas,to make up for our lack of theoretical research on the current logistics.Based on the theory of the sort,the combination of theory and practice,the micro-macro issues,specific focus of the problem,our restaurant chain will provide some practical guidance.
