Research Of Paths And Countermeasures On The Industrial Integration Of Urban—Rural

Our country's central document No.1ocuses on the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers for 12 consecutive years.The central document No.1of 2015 called'several opinions about increasing the intensity of reform and innovation,accelerating the progress of agricultural modernization',which focuses on the transformation of agricultural development mode,increasing farmers' income and promoting the construction of new rural,in order to promoting the integration of development between urban and rural.And the integration of urban and rural industry is a foundation of the integration of development between urban and rural,an important power to break the urban-rural dualistic structure,and an important way to solve the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers.The integration of urban and rural industry is an important way to achieving the integration of urban and rural.In recent years,along with our country paying great attention to the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers,the economy of rural areas develop more fast,the level of farmers' income rise,the structure of urban-rural industrial upgrades,the layout of urban-rural industry becomes more and more rational,and the interconnection degree between urban and rural is deepened,all these progress accelerate the process of integration of urban-rural industrial.But at the same time,we need to find out that there still exist many problems in the process of integration between urban and rural.Such as there is a huge difference in industrial scale of the urban and rural,the development of agriculture encounters land scale bottle neck,the proportion of rural service industry is less than half of the city service industry.And the supporting infrastructure of the industry in urban and rural is not balance;the infrastructure construction of rural is far behind the city.Besides the quantity of rural financial institutions is too few,the products of rural financial service is too simple,which cannot afford enough financial support for the development of rural industry.Those above problems have hindered the process of industry integration between urban and rural in our country.Financial is center of economy,which can contribute to economic development through a variety of ways,and financial innovation play an important role in the process of integration of urban-rural industrial.Innovation in the financial products of trust,credit,and insurance will bring great vitality to the development of agriculture and rural economy.Based on the perspective of financial innovation,this paper uses the methods of quantitative research and qualitative research to analysis the role of financial innovation in the process of integration between urban and rural.Firstly,this paper sorts out the related literatures of integration between urban and rural and financial innovation,then outlined theories of urban-rural integration and financial innovation,including the theory of urban-rural integration,the equilibrium theory,and the theory of financial innovation,which lay the foundation for the research in the following chapters.Secondly,this paper introduced the development status and problems of urban-rural integration in detail.Thirdly,this paper construct the evaluation index of urban-rural integration,and then use the method of factor analysis and regression mode to empirically analysis the correlation between urban-rural integration and financial innovation.Finally,this paper put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions about financial innovation,to provide reference for accelerating the process of urban-rural integration.
