The Research On How Ownership Types Affect The Technological Innovation Efficiency

This paper aimed to research how ownership types affect the industry enterprises technological innovation efficiency.Using Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises technological innovation data,through statistical description,analyzing the technological innovation conditions of the different ownership types industry enterprises,and then according to the feature of technological innovation,we broke the technological innovation process into two process,which named the technological development process and the innovation conversion process,calculating the two stage technological innovation efficiency.Then we used the tobit-model to analyze the influence of ownership types to technological innovation efficiency.The empirical results show that:In the technological development process,the enterprises technological development efficiency are low,the private enterprises got the highest annual efficiency 0.812,Enterprises with foreign investment and Enterprises with investment from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan didn't perform well in this process,whose annual efficiency are only 0.507 and 0.657.In the innovation conversion process,the Enterprises with foreign investment made the highest efficiency 0.938,the innovation convention ability of state-owned enterprises are worse than other types enterprises,whose efficiency is 0.686.In the technological development process,the intensity of R&D capital and the human capital quality can increase the technological innovation efficiency,but the influence isn't significant,the efficiency of the Large and small scale industrial enterprises higher than medium-sized industrial enterprises,the enterprises s&t investment and the government s&t investment can improve the efficiency significantly,the financial environment affect the efficiency without significant influence,and the most important conclusion is,the private enterprises have the greatest influence to the efficiency than Enterprises with foreign investment and Enterprises with investment from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.In the innovation conversion process,the intensity of new product capital can improve the conversion efficiency,the human capital quality can increase the technological innovation efficiency significantly.the private enterprises has negative influence on the convention efficiency,the Enterprises with investment from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and the Enterprises with foreign investment can increase the convention efficiency.This shows that the different ownership types have significant influence to the technological innovation efficiency.
