Research On The Transformation Mode Of Patentin Henan Universities

The university not only undertakes research or teaching tasks,but also bears the heavy responsibility of patent transformation.However,comparing with developed countries’ university patent technology conversion,we are very poor,especially in central west of China.The central issued a plan about promoting the rise of the central region at the end of 2016.As an key province in central of China,Henan province must be make a difference as a respect,thus better to drive the rise of the central region.This paper takes low conversion rate of universities in Henan province as the starting point,and patent transformation mode as the breakthrough point.According to the main participation body who plays a leading role in the operation process,it is divided into three categories: autonomous transformation mode,technology transfer mode and production mode.According to each item under the form of participation,it can subdivided into eight kinds of patterns as follows,conducting field investigation be based on Henan universities and engineering colleges as sample,with three screw theory,growth pole theory as the basis for the analysis of colleges and universities in Henan for each mode existing problems,and put forward optimizing strategy base on excellent universities’ patent conversion home and abroad as reference.Specific practices are establishing a multi-channel investment system,Intellectual property assessment center,comprehensive patent transformation platform,transformation of patent alliance and attach great importance to the development of university-enterprise cooperation,optimize the mode of patent transformation,then promote patent conversion rate of universities which from Henan.
