With the vigorous development of auto industry in China,the domestic and foreign enterprises have showed huge business opportunities,and the excess capacity risk is one of the major challenges facing the domestic auto companies in the current market demand expansion.At present,China's automobile industry production lacks rigorous capacity monitoring and early warning mechanism,the expansion of production capacity has a certain blindness and disorder.Due to the long-term dependence on the demographic dividend,policy tilt and other advantages,China's auto companies are facing rising labor costs,the appreciation of the Ren Min Bi,the deteriorating environment and many other challenges.Therefore,the mode of mass production and extensive management is not suitable for China's current situation,such as shortage of resources,low quality products competition and high cost of management dilemma.The transformation of the mode of production has become to the inevitable trend of historical development,and lean production mode can provides an excellent choice for the Chinese automobile enterprises to control costs,improve enterprise efficiency.This thesis focus on how to optimize the assembly line based on the auto parts enterprise's capacity for concern,with the use of lean production knowledge and tools to develop plant layout,process,labor planning and capacity assessment.Through the problem solving,it created a standard process of productivity analysis method,finally achieved customer volume demand of assembly line production.This thesis firstly introduces the background of lean production and its development status in automobile manufacturing industry,and then expounds the main methods about lean production capacity analysis and tools,and its practical significance for enterprises.Then this thesis discusses the current production capacity of the assembly line in MQ factory,the application of the lean production method in the production capacity analysis with the research on Takt Time,Cycle Time,production line balance and overall equipment efficiency.Finally,it standardized the long-term the capacity analysis process and apply this method to the X2 new project.The results show that the key factors influencing the production capacity in the production line can not only improve the production capacity of the existing production line,but also can effect in assembly line design of new project.
