China is in a period of rapid urbanization,the great changes of the urban and rural living environment has an important impact on the increase of carbon emissions.The traditional carbon emissions research based on the level of land planning is limited to the construction land,and has not carried on a more thorough analysis to the construction of human activities and economic activities.Therefore,it can not solve the problem of energy saving and emission reduction.Tianjin is one of the major cities in China.In recent years,the urban space has expanded,the demand for resources increases,the carbon emissions of the city is growing,and the ecological pressure continues to expand.In order to speed up the construction of Tianjin,the paper establishes the system of land use,carbon emissions,and uses the framework to study the relationship between land use and carbon emissions in Tianjin between 1997-2012.During the study period,the carbon emissions of Tianjin was linear growth and the carbon absorption of the non-constructive land decreased year by year.The carbon emissions are mainly from industrial,residential,transportation,commercial service four categories,industrial carbon emissions accounted for the main part of total carbon emissions,1997 was 82.26%,2007 was 64.91%,2012 was 49.74%,followed by land,residential land,commercial land carbon emissions,carbon absorption is mainly by the cultivated land,garden,water,urban green carbon absorption is very small,the proportion of arable land is the largest.Carbon emissions per capita increased,the per capita carbon emissions increased,the per capita carbon emissions increased,the per capita carbon emissions changes sharply,showing the trend of first increase and then decrease.Secondly,based on the LMDI((Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index)the decomposition model of all kinds of land use carbon emissions is constructed,and the process of the change of carbon emissions is analyzed.Finally,the linear regression relationship between the impact factors and the contribution rate of's land per capita carbon emissions of Tianjin city was obtained by 2007-2012.Living in,through with two major influence factors of efficiency and the density of population and the contribution rate of the linear relationship function;the factor of influence of commercial carbon emissions per capita,resulting in a linear relationship with energy consumption,commercial value density,per capita output factors and its contribution rate of the return;the influencing factors of industrial carbon emissions per capita,resulting in a linear function of energy consumption,industrial energy consumption,influencing factors and corresponding of the area per unit of output contribution rate;the factor of traffic impact of carbon emission per capita,transportation energy consumption,traffic output density,traffic area per unit production value and its corresponding contribution rate of quantitative relationship.Finally,by summarizing the overall planning,economic development goals and other policies,combined with the role of all kinds of factors,Tianjin city in 2020 to get all kinds of carbon emissions of carbon emissions of the relevant indicators.
