After the reform and opening-up, with the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy, the agricultural productivity has been greatly improved, a large number of surplus labor appeared in the vast rural areas and began from the countryside into the city, which resulted in a group with Chinese characteristics-migrant workers. With the gradual acceleration of urbanization process of our country, Migrant workers has rapidly grown into a new workforce and then became an important force in the economic construction. As time goes on, migrant workers appeared intergenerational replacement-the new generation of migrant workers and traditional migrant workers. According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics, the total number of the new generation of migrant workers has reached more than100million people, accounting for more than60%of the total number of migrant workers. Thus, the new generation of migrant workers has become the body of rural labor force. Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, solving the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers is of great significance for the stable operation of our economy and society.Through the review of literature found that the traditional theory research has focused on the traditional migrant workers in employment, social security and other issues, for the study of the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers more macro. Currently,"Shortage of migrant workers" has become a major issue affected the normal operation of enterprises in some areas, how to solve the "shortage of migrant workers" has become the first problem to many enterprises. And solve the employment problem of stability of the new generation of migrant workers is a correct path of solving "shortage of migrant workers".In this study, using the migrant workers in CZT area as the research object through the literature review, interviews, questionnaires and other methods, in-depth analysis of various factors affecting the employment problems of stability of the new generation of migrant workers, and the use of Logit model to do quantitative analysis of various factors’degree of influence on the new generation of migrant workers employment stability, combined with the results of quantitative analysis, propose solutions to solve the new generation of migrant workers employment stability issues in CZT area, thus, through these specific initiatives to solve the "shortage of migrant workers" and ensure enterprises to maintain healthy functioning,, and enhance the vitality of enterprises, and maintain social harmony and stability.
