The world economic and trade have become increasingly interdependent and continue to strengthen contact among countries and regions.The multinational companies gradually play a global economic operation stage of the protagonist.In the development process of enterprise internationalization,penetrate into culture more and more.The globalization of modern management,impact and influence,in essence is the world enterprise management in the broader,deeper level of cross-cultural management entered the era.However,in the actual management,cross cultural management is often simply treated as "their country is that" or "foreigner's ideas is different with us”.But the real effective cross-cultural management should be " in globalization business,company should respect,tolerance and trust the branch office culture of the country.Coordinate cross cultural differences,seek common ground,to create a new culture with same goal.Cross cultural conflicts exist in every company,the implementation of cross cultural conflict management is fundamental to the survival and development of enterprises.From present cross cultural conflict management research,less involved textile trade industry.The characteristics of the textile trade industry is labor-intensive enterprises.The job communications are more frequent among employees.TS company is a textile trading company with many branches,is very suitable for cross cultural conflict managementBased on the theories of the management of cross culture and cross cultural conflict management.First of all,definite cross-cultural management,cross-cultural differences in different area.Definite cross-cultural conflict management,expounds the strategic methods and solutions.Secondly,after the analysis and comparison of the industry background,four objective factors determining the cross cultural conflict and three important elements "RTT"(RTT,on behalf of respect,tolerance,trust).Moreover,according to the status of cross culture management,focus on the improvement of the methods and steps for TS company.The results of the study design a set of suitable TS's cross-cultural conflict management methods and suggestions.
