Rising Labor Costs Influence On Forestry Planting Structure Adjustment Research

Rising Labour costs are the important factors which restrict the development of the production of class of agriculture and forestry industry in China.According to the national bureau of statistics data show that in the past twenty years,our country employment real wages increased by almost seven times,especially during the period of 1998 to 2009,the real wage growth has remained in 2 digits.With the continuous development of economy in our country,labor employment market also continuously improve with the development of economy,the connection between the urban and rural labor market also is in continuously strengthen,nonfarm wages rising attracted a large number of rural labor to non-agricultural industries in young adults,flow to the cities to seek higher income,thus causes the countryside surplus labor force to cities,labor force is shrinking,agricultural labor supply is dwindling,agricultural production costs are rising.Labor as the most important thing in traditional agricultural inputs,the cost rise will inevitably bring certain challenges to the traditional agricultural production.This paper USES relevant theories,and to summarize the research achievements of relevant scholars,constructed the labor costs affect the analysis framework of forestry planting structure adjustment,and the forestry planting structure adjustment(i.e.,product substitution)the establishment of a comprehensive analysis method,then introduce the related explanatory variables,using the econometric methods to the relations between them are studied,thus further understanding of the factors influencing forest planting structure,comb and rising labor costs and forestry planting structure adjustment,the relationship between the complement to existing theory therefore has a certain practical significance.This paper USES literature research combined with empirical analysis,and from theory to empirical,in turn,to the technology route of countermeasures,to analyze the rising labor costs to the influence of the various provinces and cities in our country forestry planting structure adjustment.Specific operation method is as follows:by adopting the comparative advantage theory,Lewis turning point and its corollary,induced change theory and related theory,the basic idea of\"to seek the theory support.At the same time,according to the theory and the related rising labor costs and to analyze the theoretical relationship between forestry planting structure adjustment provincial Labour costs that is engaged in the forestry planting labor wage change,judging forestry labor costs rise,the fact that the basic characteristics of regional forestry planting structure,the relationship between the economic development level and the local Labour costs,as well as the relationship between forestry planting structure.Further empirical rising Labour costs by utilizing the method of measuring influence on forestry planting structure adjustment,and discusses the other factors influencing the planting structure adjustment.In this paper,the main research results are as follows:(1)the rising labor costs impact on timber forest planting area is not significant.Timber forest growth cycle is long,after a long period of time will be on the cutting,the Labour force with a long cycle of investment is needed,for a period of time,rising labor costs impact on timber forest planting area is not significant.(2)labor costs and the change of the economic forest acreage is negative correlation relationship.Rising labor costs in China regional economic forest acreage change has significant negative impact,rising labor costs,economic forest acreage will constantly decreases,and the change of the economic forest acreage,not only influenced by Labour costs,but also influenced by economic development level,agroforestry policy,labor force,the influence of factors such as chemical fertilizer inputs.(3)labor costs rise to changes in economic forest acreage has significant regional differences.Regions in our country,labor costs rise,impact on the economic forest acreage is different,there are significant differences,the most affected are some of the provinces in southern forest region and other forest area,the second is the southwest region,the last is the northeast forest region,the economic developed areas is greater than the influence of economic development is relatively backward area.According to the research put forward the following countermeasures:(1)the result of the development of economic forest planting patterns ShengLiHua;(2)the specialization of timber forest cultivation,increase the timber forest planting area;(3)realize forestry planting regionalization;(4)strengthen the proportion of fiscal Lin,increase the farmer’s subsidy system;(5)note of forestry technology research and development,strengthen innovation of forestry;(6)to protect the ecological environment,reduce forestry planting natural disasters;(7)improve the level of farmers by the education and strengthening the forestry production practical technical training.
