Research On Collaborative Mechanism Of Data Resource For Internet Poverty Alleviation In The Poor Villages Innovation Driven By Informatization

The problem of poverty remains the primary problem of the country,because it is not only related to the development of the poor country,but also to the premise of the stability of the country.Although after decades of poverty alleviation and exploration,China’s poverty alleviation work has made great achievements,for example,the impoverished population continues to decrease,and the poverty rate has fallen to 4%,but poverty still faces many problems,such as the inaccurate recognition of the poor.The aim of precision poverty alleviation is to solve the poor population.It varies from household to household,and person to person,to help the really poor,to achieve real poverty reduction.However,with the popularization of information technology,precise poverty alleviation needs the help of modern technological means to improve the effect of poverty alleviation,and solve the existing problems,and efficiently accomplish poverty alleviation.Only by means of the Internet and its innovative achievements,can we establish a long-term and precise poverty alleviation mechanism to achieve the goal of eliminating poverty in 2020,gnaw the hard bones and win the battle against the hard work of shaking off poverty.This paper is based on the traditional methods and processes of poverty alleviation.It shows that traditional poverty alleviation can not meet the long-term needs of poverty alleviation,further demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of information-based poverty alleviation,and puts forward the informatization innovation to drive the Internet to help the poor.Then through a strong contrast with the traditional poverty alleviation process,a process model for informatization approach innovation to drive rural poverty alleviation is constructed.Each part of the model itself is analyzed,the inter-operational mechanisms between the models are described,and information innovation is used to drive Internet poverty alleviation.The data generated during the process is used to classify and integrate the data.Then,the data is divided into four levels based on the data acquisition category.A collaborative data model for poverty alleviation data is constructed,and the data is analyzed from the perspective of data classification and data processing.And the co-operation mechanism between data at all levels.Finally,taking Xunwu County as a national poverty county as an example,this paper introduces the status of information-based poverty alleviation in Xunwu County,and further analyzesthe synergistic effects of poverty-reducing data generation based on the information resources for poverty alleviation through information,and proposes possible existing poverty alleviation Problems and suggestions for improvement.Faced with the various difficulties encountered by the Internet in helping the poor,this paper proposes that only through thorough analysis of how information innovation can drive poverty-stricken rural Internet poverty alleviation,only by knowing the data resource coordination mechanism of impoverished rural communities in Internet poverty alleviation can we fundamentally win the fight against poverty,thus helping the Internet to alleviate poverty.Model innovation and development provide intellectual support with research value,so as to promote the rapid and harmonious development of poverty-stricken villages.It also provides reference for the informatization innovation to drive poverty-stricken rural Internet poverty alleviation system research,and it can also drive poverty-stricken rural Internet poverty alleviation data for information innovation.The research on the mechanism of resource cooperation provides suggestions and academic contributions with academic application value.
