At present,China's economic development is implementing a structural transformation strategy,the state encourages all types of enterprises to public entrepreneurship,innovation.In the process,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises due to financing difficulties,its development has been constrained,but with the development of social and Internet technology,a new way of financing-CROWDFUNDING in people's vision.CROWDFUNDING was originally originated in the United States,aimed at gathering social idle funds to help others complete the dream.The rise of this model to break the traditional mode of financing,each ordinary person or legal person can be obtained through the kind of co-operation in a creative or activities of the funds,so that the source of financing is not limited to venture capital and other institutions,This provides a new channel for SME financing.As a result of the use of Internet technology,it is more open,small and medium enterprises to obtain funds are often no longer subject to strict project value.If it is creative enough to attract public attention,you can show through the public,get the public support,to complete the financing of small and medium enterprises to promote the project floor and business development.This article mainly discusses the return of the product to obtain the product,that is,the product to explore the analysis of products in the process of raising the factors involved in the rate of completion of funding.The process is the first to introduce the background of all the chips,pointing out that the mobilization of small and medium enterprises to solve the problem of financing and the use of the characteristics of the co-ordination of the various co-operation mode.Secondly,based on the relevant economic and management theory and other theoretical models,through the analysis of the process of raising the impact of product financing the completion rate of the assumption.Finally,the data were collected and the nine control variables were extracted by a large number of data analysis.SAS 9.0 software was used for statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis to study the influence of each control variable on the completion rate of financing,Verify the hypothesis and further clarify the impact of control on the actual funding completion rate of the project.This paper not only finds out the low threshold,diversity,creative and flexible pricing,but also finds the innovation of the financing enterprise and the investor's preference for the product and the social process between the sponsor and the investor.Project success rate also exists.At the same time found that because the concept of different investors is not the same,the investment decision-making concerns are also different.For investors who are more rational or have knowledge of the project,they will choose projects that have a certain range of project probabilities to invest,and more perceptual people tend to invest in perceived information such as video,pictures,and text from the project.To sum up,the sponsor project to fully integrate product characteristics,Internet attributes and preferences of different investors,this will make the financing of the target funding to complete the possibility of increased.The research content of this paper is based on the characteristics of the Internet in the Internet model,based on the relevant theoretical assumptions to infer the actual financing of the various factors.The test results of the empirical analysis can provide some reference for the promoters to choose the co-operation model,which has a strong guiding significance for how to improve the project funding completion rate.
