The Construction Of Knowledge Management Platform Of HD Co.Ltd

With the globalization of business operation,knowledge management plays an increasingly important role for achieving sustainable competitive advantage.Based on the knowledge management four-stage process model,this dissertation analyzed current problems,causes,solutions of the knowledge management of HD Co.Ltd.Based on these analysis,in accordance with current theory on knowledge management,this dissertation constructed a knowledge management platform for HD Co.Ltd.In addition,the detailed implementing plan for building the knowledge management platform is proposed in this dissertation.At present,there are four main problems in the knowledge management of HD Co.Ltd,including the lack of knowledge collection,inadequate knowledge application,the low efficiency of knowledge sharing,and insufficient knowledge innovation ability.The causes of such problems including the shortage of information tools,the outmoded knowledge management strategies.Furthermore,the information integration platform and knowledge management organization is not well-developed.Given the above mentioned reasons,it is necessary to study the knowledge management platform of HD Co.Ltd.As a result,the design ideas and design principles of the platform is proposed in this dissertation,and the overall framework of the platform is designed.The overall framework includes overall framework,network framework,work flow,data structure,and security management.On the basis of overall framework,the four modules function of the platform are described in detail.The management efficiency of HD Co.Ltd can be improved from four aspects: knowledge collection,application,sharing and innovation through these four modules.In addition,the overall plan of HD knowledge management platform is planned.It also points out the time phase of platform design and implementation,knowledge base development,feedback and improvement in the platform implementation time planning.Explicit the organizational framework that is related to the implementation of the platform,and the adjustment of internal management system.The safeguard measures for the implementation of the platform is put forward from six aspects: Organizational structure,the implementation of the system,the construction of corporate culture,improve the performance appraisal system,strengthen external cooperation.
