The Research On Qualifications Of Key Positions For Railway Locomotive Overhauls

With the continuous improvement of railway construction,the rapid development of technical and equipment level,the requirements of key staff,especially overhaul enterprises,will continue to improve.The original recruitment and training methods of railway enterprises still remain in the stage of experience,so it can't support the railway equipment under the modern situation of the staff needs of the building and guarantee the locomotive overhaul key positions of people will be well match.Therefore,it has great practical and practical significance to study the requirements of key positions in railway locomotive overhaul.Based on the KSAO theory and the relevant research on the competency model,this paper reconstructs the qualification system by means of job analysis questionnaire and behavior event interview method.Firstly,the paper analyzes the key job capacity and quality of the locomotive with the structural work analysis questionnaire,then uses the behavioral event interview method to investigate the key personnel with different performance levels,collate the survey results,and analyze the key data.Job qualification system,as a basis,we hope that the railway locomotive overhaul of key positions in the recruitment of enterprises to enter a scientific stage.The research results of this paper can help to improve the human resource management level of the locomotive overhaul enterprises from the following three aspects:First of all,it is conducive to raising the level of recruitment of key positions in related enterprises;Secondly,it is conducive to improving the key positions of the relevant business training level;At last,competence quality model development for technical post has reference value.
