Department of human resources management more and more enterprises begin toresearch and application of the management system of qualification, qualificationmanagement is based on the needs of enterprise strategy and enterprise management,management of the system to the enterprise staff’s work ability and work behavior, is animportant part of human resources management in enterprises, it not only with the humanresources management closely related to the strategy, but also with the staff recruitment,compensation management, performance management, employee occupation career designand staff training and other HR closely, and provides basic support for the latter.Qualification management not only to regulate and guide the behavior of employees,but also the shape and sublimation of staff values and thinking, and from the two aspects ofbehavior and spirit of enterprise employee incentive and constraint, but also makes theenterprise employees really towards the professionalization. In this paper, based on theoriginal T group qualifications and job sequence, combined with rapid development inrecent years of the group, the T group position sequence and qualification system problemsare analyzed, the position sequence and the T group of scientific research personnel andqualification standard design improvements are proposed.Improvements include: development of job sequence and qualification standardconstruction projects, post sequence, occupation development channel design, the sequenceof the qualification model, evaluation standard, development and classification of thenecessary experience and knowledge to the development of the handbook and itsapplication scheme.We hope through the optimization of the system and provide a basis for theperformance of the T group of scientific research personnel and salary management systemimprovement, the establishment of post value oriented staff promotion and salary incentivemechanism, define the employee occupation development path, establish occupationdevelopment path, traction employee growth as leading figures in the business field.
