With the advent of the era of big datasets,demographic dividend reduction and the fierce competition of the talent,the company increase the demand for relevant personnel.Human Resource is becoming more and more important.Comparing with foreign-capital enterprise,there are a lot of problems about human resource management among our companies.For example,we have the problems on brain drain,inefficient recruitment,the low of the person-job match and so on.Especially,when the company recruit employee,they can't retain high-calibre staffs because of their own problems.This increase the cost of hiring.The human resource recruitment is important in human resource.Wether the staff in human resource management can recruit the staffs for the company which can promote the development of the company is the key for the company.Therefore,it is necessary to do the research on recruitment.Now most of studies only focus on the impact of recruitment from the impact of recruitment factors.They think the recruitment has an important effect on the improvement of the recruitment effect,and,there is deep analysis and demonstration of the various aspects of the recruitment.This paper describe the current situation and problems of the recruitmen of CZ Shareholding Co.,Ltd.It uses the evaluation index of recruitment to analyze the problems of this company,and then puts forward the optimization plan.Therefore,the core of this paper is wether it can improve the recruitment effect of CZ Shareholding Co.,Ltd through the improvement of recruitment process?Which part of the recruitment process is conductive to improving the effect of recruitment?What is the effect of the recruitment assessment during the recruitment.Through this case I found that:(1)The recruitment effect will be affected by job characteristics,recruitment strategies,recruitment channels,selection methods.(2)During the recruitment process in all aspects of the impact on the recruitment factors can be attributed to job analysis,recruitment channel selection,selection methods and assessment criteria.(3)Recruitment assessment as the last part of the recruitment process.It is the diagnosis of the recruitment job of the entire recruitment process.Through the recruitment assessment found that recruitment channels,recruitment plans,job analysis,selection methods and other problems,so as to continue to improve and optimize.Recruitment will continue to improve and optimize the recruitment effect,making the recruitment assessment of the indicators will continue to tend to rationalize.The enlightenment lies in:(1)Through the research of the recruitment process of CZ Shareholding Co.,Ltd,we hope we can find the factors that affect the recruitment effect and make this company optimize the recruitment.(2)We hope it can give other companies suggestions on optimizing the recruitment that help improving the recruitment effect.
