With the development of socialist market economy in our country,the industry competition is more intense,collaborative software in the field of office is no exception.The whole market competition is increasing,the profit margin is reducing.While in the industry,software technology is more creative,and customer's requirements for products are more complex.Collaborative business office software enterprise must accelerate the development of technology if it aims to achieve the desired profit.X Software Company is a new entrant of collaborative office software field,who wants to occupy a stable market share in the start-up stage.It is necessary to further enhance the marketing ability in order to occupy a space in the fierce competition collaborative office software market.Starting with the theory of marketing,the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the current marketing situation of X Software Company,and sums up its shortcomings in the marketing of cooperative office software.For X software company's external environment,using the PEST analysis method,and for the X company itself,then using the SWOT analysis method.The author describes the X company cooperation office software of target market,strategic development goals,and market positioning,establishing the marketing strategy and strategic development of X Company tallies,mainly including four aspects:product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy.The research with help from X company to further expand cooperation office software market,also for our country the same industry in other in the early stages of development,the strength is not strong management software company and improve its marketing ability,some enlightening.Compared with countries that have higher information technology and more perfect informationization construction in the world,weakness in China's software industry,not only in technology,but also in software enterprises,mainly is the marketing ability is poor.And if we can make the software enterprises of our country with advanced marketing idea,application of advanced marketing model,to further improve the marketing ability of enterprise software,then we will be able to achieve continuous progress of whole software industry.The author takes x Software Company as the research object,analyses from the marketing actuality,and offers suggestions on how to improve the marketing ability.The research of X software companies will enhance their comprehensive strength and give reference significance for the whole software industry development.
