Study On The Coordination Between The Change Of Cultivated Land Resources And The Development Of Urbanization In Anhui Province

With the development of urbanization, the demand for arable land resources becomes stronger, but the arable land resources are not renewable resources, the loss of basic means the end. At the same time , the land is the city's support, arable land resources is the social and economic development of natural resource base. In recent years, with the implementation of the development strategy of east Anhui Province,Anhui Province has become a member of the Yangtze River Delta. Protection of cultivated land priority or economic priority is one of the focus of the debate in Anhui at this stage, After all, the economic structure should be mainly secondary and tertiary industries, and blindly the development of economy, is bound to affect the status of Anhui Province, the province will also make the deterioration of arable land resources, Resulting in damage to Anhui resources. So, there is not a balance between cultivated land resources and urbanization, which makes the balance of farmland resources protection and the normal development of economy is the focus of this paper.In this paper, the change of cultivated land resources and urbanization in Anhui Province as the research object,Aiming at the measurement of cultivated land resources in Anhui Province from the angle of quantity and quality, the change of quantity is mainly measured from area, and the change of cultivated land quality mainly takes grain output as the index. The choice of urbanization index is mainly from the urbanization of population and economic urbanization point of view to measure, This paper applies unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to confirm the existence of Granger causality relationship between the two, on the basis of the coordination between the two, the article introduces the economic environment of the relationship between cultivated land resources and urbanization And the degree of coordination between the two regions of Anhui Province was analyzed and quantified, and the coordination degree of each region in Anhui Province was also analyzed. The model shows that the coordination degree of cultivated land resource and urbanization fluctuates in the past 20 years,The coordination degree of the whole ten years is better than that of the previous ten years, and the coordination degree of cultivated. land quantity and urbanization level is lower than that of cultivated land quality and urbanization level.The results show that the cultivated land resources of Anhui Province has declined in recent years, and the urbanization process of Anhui has been accelerating,population urbanization and economic urbanization have been significant progress,from this we can see that the relationship between the change of cultivated land resources and the level of urbanization development is not always consistent,generally speaking, the coordination of cultivated land resources and urbanization in Anhui is at a high level,but there are still insufficient. In the future,to realize the coordinated and orderly development of land resources change and urbanization in Anhui Province, the main measures include:Control the supply and loss of arable land resources, farmland output and urban development, increase the sustainable use of arable land resources.
