With the accelerated pace of urbanization, the land system health has attracted more and more attention. At present, the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more prominent, threatening the development of human society and the sustainable use of land resources. In order to alleviate the contradiction between man and land, The system has developed a healthy evaluation of the land use system, diagnoses the unreasonable factors that threaten the health of the land system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the health of the land system.Based on the literature on the sustainable use of land, this paper introduces the TOPSIS algorithm and the obstacle model by constructing the "driving force-stress-state-influence-response" comprehensive land use system health evaluation system on the basis of combing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures Obstacle factor analysis and diagnosis, so as to calculate the comprehensive level of land use system health in the study area and find out the obstacle factors affecting land health in land use system. Combining with the actual situation of Enshi, it puts forward the land system health strategy, Enshi land use system pressure to promote the coordinated development of man and land, is of great significance.Based on the DPSIR model, 23 evaluation indexes were selected to establish the evaluation system of land health system. The entropy method was used to weight, and the TOPSIS model and the obstacle model were used to calculate the land system health of Enshi Index and land system health barrier factors, based on the above steps to Enshi land use system health comprehensive evaluation study. The results show that the healthy environment of land use system has changed greatly from 2005 to 2015, and the land system health index is 0.3268 in 2005, which is in the unhealthy level. The land system health comprehensive index is improved by 0.7112 in 2015, sub-health level, during each model evaluation index has a certain level of change, through an integrated approach degree TOPSIS model trend shows that low from 2005 to 2012, land systems and health trends moderate, 2012-2015 Year, the comprehensive health level of the study area has been improved rapidly and reached the sub-health level, which indicated that the relationship between man and land in the study area is becoming more and more reasonable. On the basis of calculating the comprehensive level of land system health, the obstacle function is used to diagnose the land system obstacles to land the health factor, the results show: the period from 2005 to 2015, pesticide application rate per unit area (X8) of arable land, the level of urbanization (X3), total fixed investment growth rate (X11), construction land area per capita (X14 ), rural per capita net income (X18)factors such as higher frequency of appearance of disorder Health is a major obstacle factors affecting the land system, based on the above findings, combined with the actual situation of the study area, improve or promote research proposed land use system health strategy.
