Study On Brownfields Redevelopment Mode Under The Background Of Two-oriented Society

With the development of urbanization, industrialization and the adjustment of industrial structure, brownfields problem increasingly prominent, and it attracted many scholars and researchers'attention. It can bring benefits to social, economic and ecological by brownfield reuse, and it was the important measures to improvethe local environment andto construct two-type society.Put Yizhang County in Hunan Province as an investigate area, to obtain the basic information of brownfield, and to know the present situation of brownfield use, the forming reasons of brownfield and the problems in brownfield reuse, the methods such as on-the-spot visit, measurement and questionnaire survey were used. Through the analysis of the typical brownfields in county internal, urban-rural fringe, villages and towns, the reasons for the formation of brownfields in Yizhang County were summarized:the factory closuring led by market competition; affected by planning and related policies; the pollution of factory; mming.The brownfields in county were different from the economic developed areas', the reuse rhythm was slower, the types were more, the distribution was dispersiver. The typical brownfields in county internal, urban-rural fringe, mining area were selected to carry out the best reuse mode of brownfield in different locations and to summarize the regular of the brownfield reuse by the methods of centroid method, analytic hierarchy process and the farmland productivity evaluation. The results:the brownfields in county internal had high economic value, so the commercial land use was the first choice for brownfield reuse; the brownfields in rural-urban fringe had many reuse modes, public land was selected as the best reuse mode through analytic hierarchy process; the land restoration and recovery should be paid attention to the mining area brownfields. Finally, the countermeasure and the suggestion to brownfield reuse were put forward.
