Research On Schedule Planning And Control Of The Aseismic Strengthening Project In Baosteel

With the further acceleration of China's industrialization in the twenty-first century,Baosteel,as China's largest,the highest degree of modernization of the state-owned enterprise,people pay more attention to project management in the daily management work.Project schedule planning and control of project management plays an important role throughout the whole project life cycle,also,it is the important foundation that decided whether the project can be completed on schedule.This article started from the concept of aseismic strengthening,discussed the content of aseismic strengthening,schedule planning and control.When the project is in design phase,scientific method must be taken to manage the project design.According to Baosteel,introduced the status,characteristics,management process and how to apply the theory of project management to the aseismic strengthening,project schedule planning and control,coordinate the problems appeared in the process,analyzed whether it is needed to adjust schedule adjustments,how to equip reasonable resource,optimized design,make sure to complete of the whole project on time.This paper introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of schedule plan and schedule control in project management at first,planning and control of the project management content and schedule are described.Secondly,the use of WBS,the responsibility assignment matrix,Gantt charts and other tools and methods for seismic strengthening of Baosteel,the project schedule is discussed.In the process of project planning,the project management knowledge,combined with the characteristics of production technology of Baosteel,around the project objectives,project design schedule,construction conditions,optimization of organizational design,schedule planning,implementation progress tracking,in the implementation process,often check the actual execution plan,analysis of the causes of schedule variance,and continuously adjust the schedule,risk analysis and management,comprehensive use of various feasible method and the measure,the rational allocation of resources,adjust the project schedule,try to shorten the design cycle,procurement and construction period,timely coordination problems appeared in the process,to ensure timely completion of the whole seismic strengthening project.In this paper,the schedule of the engineering design and control are studied in theory,analysis method and obtains a set of suitable for large seismic strengthening design project in the design stage and the progress in the implementation of planning and control,hope for future similar project progress control to provide the feasible ideas and methods.
