With the continuous expansion of economic scale,and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the pressure of the water resources and water environment in China will further increase.The problem of water shortage is very serious.And the impact of social and economic activities on water resources and the supporting pattern of water resources to social and economic development have also changed significantly.It shows that water resources system and social economical system are closely related,and synergetic development of them could lead to a win-win result.Under this background,the study of the synergy degree of water resources and social economical system is helpful for the relevant departments to offer corresponding proposals to promote the synergetic development of the composite system,so as to carry out the strategy of sustainable development and to improve the comprehensive national power of our country.Based on the basic principles of synergetics,cooperative evaluation model between water resources system and social economical system,which substitutes contact degree(contact number)of set pair analysis(SPA)for synergy degree is established.The synergy situation of the development between water resources system and social economical system in 16 cities of Anhui province from 2007 to 2013 was studied and analyzed.The results showed that the synergy degree of water resources system and social economical system in Anhui province was not high in recent years.Among them,Xuancheng,Chizhou,Anqing,and Huangshan were in a state of synergy.However,Hefei,Huaibei,Bozhou,Suzhou,Bengbu,Fuyang,Huainan,Chuzhou,Lu'an,Ma'anshan,Wuhu and Tongling were not synergetic.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the synergy degree of water resources and social economical system in three regions of Anhui province showed an increasing trend from north to south.In addition,this paper conducted a sensitivity analysis on input order parameters of the subsystem of water resources and social economical system in Anhui province.It is found that changing the index value of the order parameters can affect the synergy degree of the composite system,but do not change the overall synergetic trend of the composite system.Therefore,the relevant departments should increase the input order parameters of the sub-system through manifold ways,so as to promote the overall synergy degree of the composite system.
