With the rapid development of the world economy and the gradual deepening of the construction of ecological civilization,higher requirements of efficient use of water resources has been put forward byregional socioeconomic developmentin recent years.In order to realize the healthy development the regional complex system of water-economy-society,the regional effective utilization of water resources need to be combined with the development ofeconomic and society,and regard the cooperative operation of composite system as the main direction of regional development.Heilongjiang Province is an important base for foodsecurity in China.However,problems of water resources come out frequently with the impact of the regional years' economic development.And what's worse,the quality and quantity statistics monitoring data in recent years,and them all indicates that it is moving in the direction of natural resources by vicious spiral.This paper selects Heilongjiang Province as the research object,andconstructs the coordination degree evaluation model of complex system of water-economy-society of Heilongjiang province,from the perspective of regional coordinated development.And based on the results,the current situation of water resources utilization,economic development and social progress in Heilongjiang are analyzed.Firstly,the system structure,the function of the subsystem and the internal development and change of complex system in Heilongjiang Province are analyzedbased on the theory of complex system;secondly,with the composite system as research object,the index system is constructed after index selection by PCA and index weighting by FAHPunder the guidance of the principles and methods of index construction;thirdly,a computational model based on the principle of dispersion for the evaluation of the coordination degree of multivariate composite systems is constructed;finally,the complex system of water-economy-society of Heilongjiang is evaluated based on the model,and analyze the evaluation results from two aspects,which are the evolution law of the coordination degree of the complex system of the whole province and the coordination degree difference of the complex system in the province,conclusions are as follows:(1)Time evolution law of coordination degree of composite system in Heilongjiang.The coordination degree type ofcomposite systemof water-economy-societygradually changed from serious maladjustment type to basic coordination typein Heilongjiang Province,it always maintains the trend of fluctuations in growth,and the volatility increases with the increase of coordination.In the analysis of the coordination degree between subsystems,the coordination degree of water resources-social system is stable;the degree of coordination of economic-social system is growing steadily;the scope of water-economic system coordination is larger with chaotic law.(2)The difference of coordination degree ofcomposite systemin provincial areaThe coordination degree of the complex system in most areas of Heilongjiang province has reached the level of barely coordination type except Harbin,Daqing,and Dxinganling.The 13 regions can be divided into five types according to the degree of coordination between subsystems,they are type of high coordination degree of water-economic system and low coordination degree of economic-society system;type of high coordination degree of water-economic system and low coordination degree of water-society system;type of high coordination degree of water-society system and low coordination degree of water-economic system;type of high coordination degree of economic-society system and low coordination degree of water-society system;type of high coordination degree of economic-society system and low coordination degree of water-economic system.
