At the very beginning of 21st Century,with the development of internet technology,improvement of international logistics and maturation of cross-border on-lion payment,cross-border e-commerce has begun to play an important role of cross-border trade.After 2009,China e-commerce made a growth from the market,and reached 5.4 trillion at 2015,meanwhile,the share of cross-border e-commerce in China cross-border trade is about to reach 20%,yearly growth rate is about to over 30%.Under the rise of cross-border e-commerce,the cross-border payment platform attracts more and more attention from enterprisers and scholars.Scholars at home and abroad analyzed the economical principle of cross-border payment platform in different ways,enterprise also fully use the strengths of cross-border payment platform to develop cross-border trade.Cross-border e-commerce platform made the economies of scale come true by cooperation of logistics flow,information flow and financial flow,effectively lower the entry level of cross-border trade,reduce the cost of trade and search,increasing profits.Since the 1980's,supply chain management had widely attracted attention,which kept guiding the enterprise work more effectively since it born.Enterprise enhance the supply chain management from the logistics flow,information flow and financial flow,connected the buyer and seller,increase the core competence.In this article,through combing the literature at home and abroad,noticed that the cross-border e-commerce platform and supply chain management ability both strengthened enterprise's performance in the market from logistics flow,information flow and financial flow,further speculate,supply chain management ability have the positive effects on enterprises cross-border e-commerce platform performance,in the meantime,which gains promoting effects from online marketing,inventory management and brand management.The author believes,the supply chain management ability indirectly affected the performance of cross-border e-commerce platform by influencing the enterprises.ability of online marketing,inventory management and brand management ability,and through the empirical analysis to verify the point.This article is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,from the subject-selected background and significance,literature review,innovation deficiency etc.to overview the whole picture of this article.The second part analyzed the combination and application in detail on the basic theory of cross-border e-commerce platform,the basic theory of supply chain management ability.The third part analyzed and construct model through the influence of supply chain management ability on online marketing,inventory management,and the brand management,further influenced the performance of enterprise in cross-border e-commerce platform.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of testing model is verified.The fifth part is the conclusion and policy suggestions.In this article,through empirical analysis that supply chain management ability can enhance the performance in cross-border e-commerce platform,meanwhile through strengthen the online marketing,inventory management and brand management,to influence the performance of enterprises in cross-border e-commerce platform indirectly.
