As China's socialist market economy continues to develop and improve,the national housing system and the land system continue to deepen the reform,the status of the real estate industry in social development and national economy is increasing day by day.Commodity residential housing is an important part of the real estate industry,and its price fluctuations and the evolution of residential structure have an important impact on the adjustment of government's macro-control policy,real estate business market strategic planning and consumer purchase behavior and investment expectations.In order to promote the healthy development of the commodity residential market and to ensure the normal operation of the national economy and the long-term stability of the society,it is very important to analyze and study all kinds of data of commodity residential market.At present,spatial-temporal evolution analysis of the real estate industry focuses on real estate price analysis,and there is no analysis of commodity residential structure.Therefore,this paper focuses on the spatial and temporal evolution of commodity residential structure by multi-dimension,multi-scale and multi-method.Specifically,the main work of this paper can be summarized as the following aspects:Firstly,this paper summarizes the information entropy theory,cartogram theory,spatial-temporal evolution analysis of the real estate and technology used.On this basis,it points out the blank of the current research on the spatial-temporal evolution of commodity residential structure,and clarifies the necessity of this research.Based on the above research and theory,this paper puts forward the definition of information entropy of commodity residential structure,and the visualization method of information entropy cartogram.On this basis,taking Wuhan as the research area,the paper makes a visual mapping of the statistical analysis and experimental results of the commodity residential structure in Wuhan from the two dimensions of time and space.This study analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution of the commercial residential stucture from different scales by calculating the information entropy.After the experimental results are obtained,to eliminate the negative effects of the factors such as the area size on the human spatial cognition,cartogram are used to visualize the information entropy of the commodity residential structure scientifically.In order to provide the relevant departments of the Wuhan government,real estate development enterprises,and the masses of the people with reasonable and effective decision-making basis,the development of Wuhan city,economic indicators,and people's Housing improvement demand factors are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the multi-ring buffer analysis of six commercial centers in Wuhan is carried out,and the information entropy of the commodity residential structure with different distance from the commercial center is calculated respectively.The correlation between the information entropy and the distance between commercial centers and the ring buffer is analyzed by the correlation analysis method.Through the above experiments and the analysis conclusion is:(1)With the economic development and improvement of living standards,people's housing improvement needs more obvious.(2)Real estate development enterprises should determine the supply of commercial housing based on real estate market demand.a reasonable commercial residential structure design should be based on different geographical locations and the surrounding environment.Ensuring that the fine supply of small units are under normal circumstances,real estate development enterprises should meet the needs of the three-bedroom,four-bedroom and other large units.
