| Since the reform and opening up,China’s agricultural power into a large industrial country,and the use of industrial land is still widespread land use structure and scale is not reasonable,land use efficiency is low.The shortage of land resources has gradually restricted the development of industrial economy,improve land use efficiency is to achieve the inevitable requirement of sustainable development of industrial economy.In this paper,"the establishment of model-efficiency analysis-efficiency improvement" for the main line,in the review of the predecessors of industrial land use research and theoretical basis,from the perspective of the efficiency of input and output,the establishment of DEA measurement model and input and production Out of the two aspects of comprehensive consideration of measurement indicators.Based on this,522 typical enterprises in Pinghu city are taken as the research object,and the C2R and BC2 models in DEA method are used to measure and analyze the three types of industrial land use efficiency in Pinghu city as a whole,different industrial sectors and different industry platforms;Unit elements,further analysis of adjustment and optimization of input elements to enhance the overall Pinghu City,industry and industrial platform for industrial land efficiency.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The industrial land use efficiency of Pinghu city is low,and the gap of latent utilization efficiency is large,and the land has potential of tapping potential.(2)Land use efficiency of different industries is big,Generally higher than light industry.(3)Generally speaking,the utilization efficiency of industrial land is generally higher than that of other industrial development platforms,and the land use efficiency of the same industry is higher than that of the lower ones in the same industry platform.(4)Redundant land investment should be the most important in the whole industrial industrial utilization,and capital investment redundancy should not be neglected.In different industries,the investment of land in light industry is the most serious,and the capital investment in heavy chemical industry should be The land use and labor force should be rationally allocated in the national development zones of Pinghu city,and the excessive land investment of the provincial development zones and other industrial platforms will directly affect the inefficient use of land.According to the above conclusions,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
