Study On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Of Z Flag

Nowadays,poverty alleviation has achieved major decisive achievements,and efforts to improve the quality and effectiveness of poverty alleviation are particularly important.In the work of precision poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation has its unique advantages as a new type of assistance.However,in the process of development,financial poverty alleviation has always had a series of problems such as the waste of financial poverty alleviation resources,the high cost of financial poverty alleviation,and the inability to interpret financial poverty alleviation policies,resulting in poor households not getting out of poverty in the true sense.Based on the research on domestic and foreign and minority areas,this paper sorts out the main operational modes of financial poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Taking the implementation status,operational mechanism and problems of Z flag financial poverty alleviation policy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,the problems and dilemmas in the process are analyzed.From the standpoints and perspectives of the three main bodies of government,financial institutions,farmers and herdsmen,the reasons for the problems are revealed,and then the models and suggestions suitable for minority areas are proposed.Let the financial poverty alleviation play an important role in the fight against poverty and the decisive battle in minority areas.This article consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction;the second part defines the concepts involved in the article and sorts out the relevant research before;the third part describes the current status of Z flag financial poverty alleviation policy implementation;the fourth part deals with the Z flag in the process of financial poverty alleviation The problems appearing are analyzed;the fifth part analyzes the causes of the implementation of the Z flag financial poverty alleviation policy,and the sixth part proposes the development of the financial poverty alleviation policy,and then draws the conclusions of this study.
