The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Precise Poverty Alleviation In Minority Areas

Since the reform and development,our country has undergone tremendous changes,but the situation of poverty is still not optimistic.In order to improve the old "eyebrow beard grabbed" work idea of poverty alleviation,in November 2013,Xi Jinping first made the importance of "seeking truth from facts,local conditions,classification guidance,precision poverty alleviation" in Xiangxi,Hunan.As a result,the precise poverty alleviation work adapted to the current social situation in China has begun.At this time,the poverty-stricken minority areas,because of the weak foundation,the shortage of funds,the lack of endogenous motivation in the masses and other reasons,and developed areas in the economic,cultural,material basis and so on,there is still a clear gap,obviously it is necessary to carry out the precise poverty alleviation in minority areas.After several years of precise poverty alleviation work,there are still many shortcomings in poverty alleviation in poor ethnic minority areas.This paper takes Marxist theory on poverty as its grasp,takes the meaning of the thought of precise poverty alleviation as its guide,and draws on the accurate poverty alleviation work in yanbian county of panzhihua city to explore the obstacles to poverty alleviation and the effective measures for poverty alleviation in minority areas.This study will help ethnic minority areas to share the fruits of reform and development,achieve common prosperity,and embody the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.It will also provide another practical basis for expanding domestic demand and promoting economic growth under the new normal of economic development.This paper uses theoretical analysis,investigation,literature research,and system analysis to analyze the key to poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas in conjunction with Marxist theories on poverty,and compares the precise poverty alleviation work in Yanbian County,Panzhihua City.Analyze and sort out the difficulties and special experiences of accurate poverty alleviation in minority areas.The article is mainly divided into five parts: the first chapter introduction part,introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the current situation of the research,the way of thinking of the research,and explains the innovation of this article and the lack of its research.The second chapter introduces the related theory of Marxism on poverty.The third chapter introduces the connotation and theoretical significance of the thought of precise poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of poverty and the obstacles of poverty alleviation in the minority areas through the concrete situation of Yanbian County.Chapter 5 explores the effective measures of accurate poverty alleviation in minority areas at present in the light of the poverty alleviation work in Yanbian County.
