With China's booming economy in the past few decades,Urbanization and Industrial Development had caused a series of environmental problems.Pollution of Industry,Water and Air along with continuous consumption of non-renewable resources,expedite the development of new energy industries and the expansion of wind-power industry chain as well.Jiangsu Huachuang Photoelectric Technology Co.Limited came into being at this stage;it has become the top three of the industry for wind-power generator monitoring and fault diagnosis services.In its growing period,this company faces new energy prospects,market advantages,technical advantages,but also faced with financial risks,fierce market competition,cross-border competition.Jiangsu Huachuang is now a follower in the industry,but they must become a leader by analyzing the enterprise with SWOT and diagnosis on the enterprise management,by using right mechanisms in talent selection,training,assessment,salary and incentive with long time incentive effect to keep enterprise young.Enterprise will select the best and potential talent and provide them with internal training,assign these staff into right positions according to their advantages and interests and provide them with more training,guidance and opportunity to get experiences.With proper caring and incentive mechanism,the enterprise will encourage and stimulate the potential of employees according to different staffs.Different products will be allocated to different business departments with Ameba Management mode.Business accounting and staff income are based on different product and project profit,this will add motivation to early development to enterprise and enterprise will keep on trying different new management methods,making more attempts in staff income and stock ownership incentive,only in this way can help stimulate the internal driving force from each and every staff in enterprise and establish a win-win situation between both Enterprise and Staffs.
