At present,the banking industry is facing the problems of increasingly intensified financial disintermediation,constantly improvement of interest rate liberalization,continuous deepening reform of financial system,and many other problems.Living conditions of the banking industry is undergoing a qualitative change,and the homogeneity of commercial bank becomes increasingly serious at the same time.The traditional profit model which is relying only on loan can't meet the demand of the development of domestic commercial banks already,therefore,domestic commercial banks begin to follow the US and European banks,and starting a top-down structure adjustment within commercial banks.After Minsheng bank has been founded for ten years,it becomes the first in the industry to start the company business division system reform.Through divisional system reform,many achievements have been made in which the Minsheng bank's market is developing,professional team is constructing;brand is constructing;operational rate is improving,;risk control becomes better;intermediary business is promoting and other achievements in many other aspects.It laid a good foundation for the sustainable development of Minsheng bank.At the same time,there are new problems in the process of reform,which need to be summed up and perfected gradually.This thesis discusses the domestic and foreign commercial bank's divisional system theory,presents an overview of domestic and foreign commercial banks implement division,combined with the specific case of division C in Minsheng group.Through inductive and deductive method;quantitative and qualitative method;comparative analysis;case analysis and other research methods,results of division C system reform were analyzed and evaluated in the article.The case study of division C has a typical significance in Minsheng bank's division system reform.Division C in the divisional system achieved good performance after the reform,through the analysis and evaluation of these several major indicators-the size of C branch of assets and liabilities,profit and profit per capital,intermediate business income,risk control ability,and human resources,it explained the necessity and feasibility of the reform of Minsheng bank's division system.At the same time,in this article,it concludes and analyzes the new problems appeared in Minsheng bank's system reform,such as operation and management concept need to be improved,all sorts of conflicts of interest appear in the process of business operation,insufficiency in background support ability,the risk management process is not clear and the shortage of professional talents.On this basis,this thesis puts forward the corresponding countermeasure,and comes to the conclusion and enlightenment in the end,presenting reference for Minsheng bank to further deepen the reform of the divisional system.
