Research On Accurate Poverty Alleviation By E-commerce Companies In Contiguous Poverty Areas

The accurate poverty alleviation work in the contiguous contiguous poverty-stricken areas has been taking place for a long time and it has achieved remarkable results.However,there are still many obstacles and difficulties in the implementation of e-commerce accurate poverty alleviation work,and we need to further improve the e-commerce poverty alleviation mechanism.This paper focuses on the e-commerce precision poverty alleviation in contiguous destitute areas as the study object,and selects contiguous poverty-stricken areas in Wulingshan,Hubei Province as Case study,literature analysis and induction were used to analyze the basic conditions and existing problems of e-commerce precision poverty alleviation in the contiguous contiguous areas in Hubei Province.The obstacles and causes of e-commerce precision poverty alleviation in Hubei Wulingshan Area promoted the development of Wulingshan Area.E-commerce strategic poverty alleviation strategy system.The core content of this article is as follows:(1)Related concepts and theoretical basis.Accurate poverty alleviation by e-commerce is to integrate e-commerce poverty alleviation into precision poverty alleviation projects,accurately identify poverty-reducing targets,recognize poverty-causing factors,and coordinate the optimization of various poverty alleviation resources with the government as the leading factor,and guide all types of market participants to participate in e-commerce precision In poverty alleviation work,different forms of e-commerce poverty reduction model will be implemented to promote regional economic development and increase the income of poor people out of poverty.(2)The Current Status of Accurate Poverty Alleviation by E-Commerce Companies in Contiguous Poverty Areas in Hubei Province.The basic situation of concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken areas in Hubei Province was summarized,and the feasibility of implementing e-commerce accurate poverty alleviation in concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken areas in Hubei Province was analyzed.At the same time,it sums up the work of poverty alleviation by e-commerce in Hubei Province at all levels of government during the period of the 12th and 13th,and analyzes the specific conditions and existing problems of governments at all levels in advancing the e-commerce precision poverty alleviation work.(3)Obstacles and Causes of Accurate Poverty Alleviation by E-Commerce Companies in Wuling Mountain Area.Issues concerning agricultural development,agricultural and special products,ideological understanding,infrastructure,financial support,technical support,talent teams,organization,institutional policies,and participating parties have all brought obstacles to the accurate poverty alleviation by e-commerce providers in Wulingshan Area.The causes of these obstacles are mainly divided into:the harsh natural environment of the Wuling Mountain area,the rugged terrain and steepness,resulting in inconvenient transportation,inconsistent demographic structure,resulting in low prevalence of rural e-commerce,and excessive demand for agricultural products by e-commerce companies.However,the production of poor people cannot be met.At the same time,e-commerce companies have reduced their income to reduce the income of poor farmers and have not been able to expand production.The regional government has a small fiscal revenue and has limited resources for poverty alleviation.At the same time,poverty alleviation policies are prone to deviations,and they also limit the E-commerce accurate poverty alleviation work.(4)Promote the strategic system of e-commerce accurate poverty alleviation in Hubei concentrated contiguous areas.Aiming at the obstacles and causes in the Wuling Mountain area,we have put forward strategies and measures to promote the accurate poverty alleviation by area electricity suppliers.Efforts to properly and effectively assist e-commerce in poverty alleviation work and enhance top-level design are prerequisites.Building an e-commerce poverty alleviation platform is the foundation.Creating a regional industry brand is the core.The establishment of an electric merchant talent team is a support,and a sound support system is a guarantee.
