A Study On The Evaluation Of Rural Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Areas

Since China's the reform and opening up thirty years,China's rural anti-poverty work in the Chinese government directly involved,social and international strength support and help to the poor groups have achieved great success.Although the period after the joint efforts of the national poverty reduction in the number of very large amount of poor people,but because of ethnic areas,most of the rest of the poverty-stricken population are living in a hard environment and remote pastoral areas.It is the most important that the regional economic development is slow,technology is not developed,the foundation is far behind,which lead to the difficulty of poverty reduction work,so as to slow down the poverty reduction work steps.Therefore,targeted poverty alleviation needs spreading to the poor areas of the country,of which poverty alleviation work and rural work is the main part of poverty alleviation work.The national government,poverty alleviation workers make a concrete analysis of specific issues according to local conditions,seeking truth from facts,using scientific methods aimed at poverty.They further explore the poverty causes and needs of the poor in order to identify precise distinction,accurate help support and implementation measures.To do a good job of poverty alleviation in the ethnic areas,we must understand the current situation and comprehend the problem that will occur,in order to achieve all aspects of precision.In the paper,the poverty in minority areas under the jurisdiction of a small village n as an example,the author made the overall research on rural targeted poverty alleviation needs assessment.First of all,the author made a brief introduction to the survey area and the survey sample,and then wrote the basic situation of the investigation point to be introduced,then illustrated the questionnaire design,release the description of the model and the description of the survey sample.Then the results of the survey and the analysis of the survey results were discussed in detail,according to results from five aspects of recommendations to the national problem of poverty in rural areas.What's more,the author discussed the necessity and feasibility of the social work to targeted poverty alleviation in the ethic areas.Finally,the author puts forward to the social work to help the rural areas of targeted poverty alleviation work.There are three aspects of specific strategies and approaches in targeted poverty alleviation work to discuss their own ideas,respectively,from the social work to help poverty alleviation precise applicability and specific strategies,group social work help poverty alleviation precise applicability and specific strategies,community social work help poverty alleviation precise applicability and specific strategies.In the conclusion,the author studies the structure of the paper and deficiency of the thesis.
