Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Jiaxian County

After nearly 40 years of development of poverty alleviation,China has obtained the remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation work.However,due to the influence of factors such as history,nature,society and others,the poverty situation in China is still severe.With the advancement of poverty alleviation tasks,it is urgent to solve the poverty problem of rural areas,especially the in-depth poverty.Doing a good job in poverty alleviation will help the poverty-stricken population in rural areas get out of poverty,and it will be of great significance for the party and government departments at all levels to finish the task of poverty alleviation as scheduled,and to realize a comprehensive well-off society.Based on literature research,the author in this thesis analyzed the concept,meaning and theoretical basis of the targeted poverty alleviation.By starting from the work content of the targeted poverty alleviation,the author analyzed the practices and effect of targeted poverty alleviation in Jia County,and fully recognized the achievements gained,which was then taken as the basis for the subsequent analysis.Next,by taking township A as an example,the author analyzed the obtained data through the field questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,information access,data collection,and use of the descriptive statistics,thus to identify the main problems in targeted poverty alleviation of rural areas,including mainly the difficulty for poverty-stricken population to get rid of poverty,the lack of the endogenous impetus,inadequate infrastructure,insufficient investment in poverty alleviation,as well as the inadequate implementation of the poverty alleviation,and widespread formalism;on the basis of the analysis of causes,the author proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas from the perspective of individuals of poverty,assisting cadres,and government departments for poverty alleviation,and others: To strengthen social security and social assistance,and focus on solving the problems of the spiritual poverty alleviation and ideological poverty alleviation;to implement a variety of the poverty alleviation policies and improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation;to build a sustainable poverty reduction system to promote overall coordination of resources,etc.
