The Path Of Dynamic Capabilities Affecting Corporate Strategic Performance

Dynamic capability theory refers to an enterprise that when faced with internal and external competitive environment changing,in order to maintain competitive advantage,the enterprise obtain or ability to integrate internal and external resources.When enterprises face the environment,the development of the enterprise dynamic ability has become an important factor of enterprise strategic performance to achieving growth,more and more attention from scholars from home and abroad.In recent years,more and more scholars in the study of dynamic capabilities,however,most studies have focused on the theoretical framework of dynamic capabilities and dimension on the division of the lack of dynamic capabilities to be operational practice analysis,also it is difficult to have effective suggestions to the enterprise long-term development.This article summarizes the research about dynamic capability theory,around "the enterprise how to use dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities affect enterprise strategic performance ",selecting YiTai group as an case study,the dynamic capabilities conclude insight ability,learning ability,integrating ability and innovating ability,using the Balanced Scorecard as enterprise strategic performance evaluation methods.we found that insight ability help enterprises quickly identify environment present situation,and make corresponding decisions;learning ability promote enterprises introduce professional talents,improve staff quality and the corporate culture,enhance core competitiveness,to cope with the rapid change of market competition;integration ability emphasized the enterprise needs to optimize the allocation of resources,meet the needs of enterprises in the process of development of resources,and promote the growth of strategic performance.The innovation ability is the key to maintain core competitiveness,technology innovation improve production efficiency and product quality,makes the products have obvious advantages in competition.Based on the case from the dynamic capabilities to explore the path to boost the growth of enterprise strategic performance,combine dynamic capability and enterprise actual operation,rises to the strategic performance of similar enterprises provides suggestions for reference.
