| With the rapid development of knowledge economy era,the R&D team plays a more and more important role in the organization of the competition,knowledge is increasingly becoming the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage and maintain the core factor of sustainable development,It’s the key problem of team managers that must pay attention to of managing knowledge effectively.Knowledge management includes knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation of modern management theory,and knowledge sharing is the most important link in the knowledge management activities,it is the key to development teams to maintain the competitive advantage.Whether the role of the team can play out or the team’s goals can be achieved largely depends on whether the team shares knowledge effectively.Members of the research team of company ST are the research object,the aim of it is to explore the influencing factors in knowledge sharing in the R&D team,then,analyze the degree of knowledge sharing of R&D team and on this basis,to provide suggestions for improving the level of R&D team knowledge sharing.Based on a review of the knowledge and theory of knowledge sharing,team and R&D team theory,interpersonal trust theory,social exchange theory and other related theories,to analyze five influencing factors,which are the organizational environment factors,leading factors,sharing factors,trust factors and incentive factors in depth about the influence in the knowledge sharing of R&D team.This paper argues that if an organization structure is conducive to the flat structure of employees equal communication,organizational atmosphere is open,learning,the organization environment is conducive to the development of employee knowledge sharing;If the organization’s team leader is open and actively supportive for the communication behavior of employees,the organization is easy to create a favorable cultural atmosphere of knowledge sharing,to help employees achieve knowledge sharing from psychological and behavior;If members of an organization trust with each other,it will eliminate the psychological barriers to communicate,which is conducive to promoting the team members to actively participate in knowledge sharing;If an organization uses appropriate incentives to let the employees get achievement in the process of communication and a sense of satisfaction,it will inspire team members to promote knowledge sharing willingness;If the organization actively creates a multi angle,multi-level communication platform and ways to help employees communicate,it will also help to facilitate the communication of knowledge sharing.In this paper,by using the questionnaire and statistical analysis software,the five factors of team knowledge sharing were analyzed,further results show that the five factors,which are environmental factors,organizational factors,leadership trust factors,sharing factors and incentive factors of knowledge sharing,they all have a positive impact,of which shared the greatest impact is the organization environment the factors of knowledge,followed by the factors of leadership factors and trust,finally is the way of sharing factors and incentive factors.At last,in order to effectively improve the knowledge sharing of R&D team members,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions from organizational environment,team configuration,sharing platform,assessment incentives and other aspects,expecting to provide a new way of thinking to improve team knowledge sharing.The research object of this paper is a typical scientific and technological enterprise.According to the results of the statistical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the knowledge sharing.From the process and results of the study,this paper has some innovations in the five influencing factors,the research object and the management recommendations. |
