Today is the age of knowledge economy which develops rapidly, and is very important for development and progress of the social and economic. R & D team is the core strength of innovation activities; the team contains a large amount of internal knowledge resources which played a decisive role for innovation of the organization. But how can we encourage team members to share their own knowledge, and developed these vast knowledge resources from the team, which become the focus and difficult of the study.Firstly, the concept related to knowledge sharing of R & D team were defined, such as team, R & D teams, knowledge sharing, and analyze the relationship of the theories of knowledge conversion, social exchange, content-based motivation and knowledge sharing of R & D team, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of knowledge sharing mechanism.Secondly, this article gain insight into R & D team knowledge sharing mechanism knowledge sharing through the impact factors of R & D team. We summed up four factors about the process of R & D team through the outcome of the analysis of the previous post, and build a conceptual model of R & D team knowledge sharing, which provides basis for the design of s the survey outline.Finally is the empirical part. In previous studies, it Often used the way of questionnaire, but the questionnaire has the following limitations for R & D team: First, direction is very strong; second, the members of R & D team stay the higher level, the questionnaire can not statements the all inner thoughts out; Third, people of R & D team occupy a small proportion, a small amount of questionnaires can not access complete information. Interviews can direct talk by face to face, and which can directly observe the respondents .And the flexibility of interviews is strong, which is beneficial in-depth investigation, and makes the accurate and reliable data. Interview survey which investigated the impact factors of R & D team knowledge sharing can compensate for lack of questionnaire survey, improve the blind spots, and ultimately gain more comprehensive information. The study focused on investigation of Hebei Construction Research Institute, an innovation-based company. The interview face 29 major R & D team members of the company, which mainly from the four factors of the knowledge sharing process , and access to accurate and reliable information. Through the outcome of interviews, we further found the existing factors knowledge sharing of R & D team, and complement the conceptual model. Finally, we make recommendations accord to these factors, so that improve the efficiency for knowledge sharing of R & D team.
