The Research On Optimization Mode Of Spatial Organization Of Rural Settlements Oriented By Life Quality In Changning

Since ancient times,China is an agricultural country with a long history of agrarian culture.Local society is the foundation of Chinese society.Nowadays,China is facing profound changes.For one thing,rural China is turning into urban China;for another thing,national life quality is improving,from the subsistence level to comparatively well-off level,and Chinese people are pursuing the quality of life.An important problem for Rural Geography and new rural construction to tackle is how to construct structure of rural settlements which can effectively improve life quality,so the rural settlement can not only crack the rural problems,but also can turn the rural settlement into charming and competitive homeland.This paper based on life quality orientation,guided by location theory,regional spatial structure theory,life quality theory,landscape ecology theory and theory of human settlement environment,applying GIS spatial analysis,landscape analysis and questionnaire survey method,researches on the features of spatial structure of rural settlements in Changning and its main problems,rural settlers' s understanding of the space of settlement and their needs,the goal,model and solutions of optimizing the space of the rural settlements in Changning.The results show that:(1)2009-2014,the land area of rural settlements in Changning increases every year,and the difference in size grows every year,the distance between them has been narrowed,and the spatial distribution of rural settlements has the tendency of becoming more concentrated and congested.Rural settlements in plain region is nearer in proximity and has better connectivity on landscape,rural settlements in hill region is casually located and the degree of fragmentation of the landscape is higher,while rural settlements in mountainous region is less in number,lower in density and more scattered.(2)based on the results of questionnaire survey,Changning rural settlers' s demands of Settlement space mainly perform in :reconstruction of shabby housing,optimization of settlement layout,consolidation of rural land,construction of agricultural production facilities and site,construction of public service center.(3)With life quality orientation,the goal of optimizing the space of the rural settlements in Changning includes contracting settlement space,optimizing settlement system,optimizing the internal structure of rural settlements and integrating the function of rural settlements.RROD model is the ideal model for optimizing the space of the rural settlements.(4)The solutions for optimizing the space of the rural settlements in Changning includes improving the planning of rural area,improving the reformation of rural residential,improving the construction of rural public services and improving the government of rural settlements' heavy metal pollution.
