Bicycle Industry Development Strategy In Tianjin Based On Patent Information Analysis

The patent information analysis is an effective tool for studying innovation and trend of technology in industry,which have been widely used in many field.In this thesis,technical development trendency of bicycle industry can be better recognized by analysing the patent information.This thesis tries to find the method of the technological innovation,and to study science and technology policy,which can promote the development of bicycle industry.And the conclusion of the industry's development strategy can guide and improve the innovation level of bicycle enterprises.Bicycle industry has been the traditional and advantage industry in Tianjin.The government inTianjin pays more attention to the development of bicycle industry.In 2014,the government issued the "Circular on further promoting the development of bicycle industry in Tianjin",which proposed specific arrangements and put forward the direction of bicycle industry.This thesis considers promoting the development of bicycle industry based on patents is a right path,which is an effective way to implement the national intellectual property strategy,and ultimately promote the upgrading and development of the bicycle industry.First,this thesis analyzes the patents of global bicycle industry products,in order to find the developing trend of the bicycle field.The thesis privides the search process,search strategy and analysis method of the patent data,which is carried out from the perspectives of application trend,legal status,patent owner,IPC classification and so on.Then,on the basis of contrasting the result of above analysis with the overall technical level and existing problems of the bicycle in Tianjin,this thesis tries to find the key factors affecting the development of bicycle industry.Improving above factors can promote the technological innovation ability of bicycle industry in Tianjin,and also can obtain effecitive ways to promote the upgrading of traditional bicycle industry.Finally,based on the above information,the thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the technology innovation bicycle industry in Tianjin.By using methods of SWOT,this thesis proposes the development strategy plan and points out the methods to develop the bicycle industry in Tianjin.
