According to the report of the exhibition industry,most of the exhibition enterprises in China are in the extensive development stage,the lack of a clear overall development strategy;the main business is not prominent,the lack of clear market positioning and development ideas,most exhibitors only focus on cost control While ignoring the management of its own scientific system,and has not yet formed a sound innovative service system,the lack of awareness of independent service innovation.In this paper,the case study method is used to discuss the internal and external factors driven by the service innovation of the exhibition enterprises,and construct the driving force model of the service innovation of the exhibition enterprises in order to provide effective suggestions for the service innovation management of the exhibition management.This paper first summarizes the whole background of the whole industry,expounds the overall framework and innovation of the paper,and makes a general grasp of the research.The second step is to define the basic concepts such as exhibition and exhibition enterprises,and to sort out the domestic and foreign theories of service innovation The third step,according to the existing exhibition service innovation research,proposed exhibition destination management enterprise service innovation driven internal and external factors of the impact mechanism model;the fourth step,select the representative exhibition in Hunan Province——Hunan Sunshine MICE company for specific cases,through a variety of channels to obtain a wealth of qualitative and quantitative data,to take a variety of analytical methods and techniques to code and sort out the data.Finally,the conclusion of this study,at the same time summed up the lack of research,put forward the next step in service innovation research recommendations and direction.
