Research On The Influential Factors Of Urban Per Capita Disposable Income Of Urban Residents In Jilin Province

Since the Reform and Opening Up,our country economy develop rapidly,living standard of people gradually improve,but the area expands unceasingly,and regional gap between features three regional economic disparity has become increasingly apparent in our country,urban and rural dual structure is still outstanding,and along with the rapid advance of urbanization,urban and rural dual structure gradually evolved into a rural-urban villages-city ternary structure,urban and rural dual structure internal binary structure evolution,gradually to town internal gap is widening,urban residents disposable income gap is increasingly obvious.New urbanization construction is facing severe challenges,and finding out the main factors of influencing urban per capita disposable income,and narrowing the gap in per capita disposable is beneficial to the healthy development of the new type of urbanization and the construction of harmonious society.First,we has carried on the descriptive analysis disposable income of urban residents in jilin province.on the one hand,urban per capita disposable income in jilin province calendar year continues to grow steadily,but lower than the national average,and with the national average gap is widening.On the other hand,urban per capita disposable income of city in jilin province continues to increase,and the per capita disposable income gap of cities ruduce first and than expand,according to the per capita disposable income of cities space evolution trend,number of low-income area gradually reduce and the number of middle-income area number increasing.Also analyzing the main factors of influencing the per capita disposable income,including the level of economic development,economic policy and system and the degree of marketization,etc.Secondly,we adopts the city of jilin province urban per capita disposable income of the sample data of the city of jilin province,the introduction of GDP,FDI,investment in fixed assets,industrial structure,and commercial housing sales.,using panel data model to jilin province places for urban residents disposable income influence factors in the empirical analysis,the empirical results found that GDP,FDI,investment in fixed assets and other five variables are significant for urban per capita disposable income in recent effect,Finally,the article puts forward policy Suggestions to improve urban per capita disposable income.
