Research On The Implementation Effect Of Poverty Alleviation At Kuche County,Xinjiang Province

With the development of our country's economy,the government of our country has entered a new level and stage.Governments across the country are actively exploring ways to get rich out of poverty,and put forward a number of policy recommendations.However,due to the implementation of new social tasks in the new period,great changes have taken place in rural poverty in China,along with the emergence of many new features,so that the problem facing the government poverty alleviation policy and solution has become more complex.In this situation,the implementation of in-depth study of the government poverty alleviation policy,analysis of poverty alleviation policy,policy implementation has found the problem,and formulate corresponding measures for it,become one of the important contents of current government poverty alleviation planning.This study takes Kuche County as a case,and analyzes the implementation effect of the poverty alleviation policy in detail.Firstly,science related literature,summarizes the basic situation of poverty alleviation policy theory;then,by reading the literature and summarized the main concepts involved in the paper and summarizes the theory,laid the theoretical foundation for carrying out the research contents;then,discusses the basic situation of Xinjiang Township in Kuche County,including poverty alleviation the general situation and to develop the poverty situation of the local government related to Poverty Alleviation Policies;then discusses the township Xinjiang Kuche county poverty alleviation policy implementation effect from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative;finally,points out the Kuche county poverty alleviation policy problems,and suggestions and thinking of Xinjiang Township Kuche county poverty alleviation policy.Through the study of this paper,we can see that the poverty alleviation policy in Kuche county mainly includes:poverty alleviation,"ten special actions","six policies" and "nine mechanisms"' And in the process of policy implementation in the social and economic aggregate,education and social security,and many other aspects have played a positive role.But there is no denying that there are still some problems in the process of the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy,such as the low level of industrialization,the lack of financial support and so on.In order to further promote the Kuche county poverty alleviation policy implementation effect,this paper respectively from the poverty alleviation mode innovation industry to actively promote the development of characteristic agricultural industrialization,specialization increases the innovation of agricultural science and technology promotion efforts,play the role of government proposals and measures to promote the industrialization of agriculture development and poverty alleviation.
