Research On The Development Path And Countermeasures Of Henan Advanced Manufacturing Industry

Since the 21 st century,the developed countries in the world have begun to attach importance to the development of manufacturing industry.The United States launched the "advanced manufacturing partnership" program(AMP)in 2011,which is aimed at improving the manufacturing technology with the industrialization and stimulating economic activity in the United States;Germany put forward the strategy of "industrial 4.0" in 2013,witch is using "information" as raw materials and intelligent manufacture-led of the fourth industrial revolution;Our country has released "made in China 2025" in 2015,which is the first decade platform for action of transition from a big manufacturing country to a manufacturing power country in China.The platform is the Chinese version of "4.0" in industry.Manufacturing industry is the pillar of the national economy,and advanced manufacturing industry is the strongest power to promote the development of national economy.Henan province is located in the central plains of China,and manufacturing output value has been the top five since2014.it has become the true big province of manufacturing.but the high-pollution and low output traditional energy-consuming industries still account for more than one-third of the province's industrial production.Therefore,to getting rid of the present situation that Henan province manufacturing is fruitful but not strong,we must comply with the demand of the objective law in upgrading industry and outdated or improve the backward capacity.In the one hand,developing the high value-added,efficiency and effectiveness,environmentally friendly advanced manufacturing industry.On the other hand,choosing a suitable path for the development of advanced manufacturing industry in Henan province has become a key link in the process from fruitful to strong of manufacturing industry in Henan province.In this paper,take the advanced manufacturing industry in Henan province as research target and development path as research problem,using principal component analysis and contrastive analysis,analyzing the current situation of development of advanced manufacturing industry in Henan province,and proposes the features pathof the advanced manufacturing industry in Henan province and countermeasures.Firstly,On the basis of domestic and foreign research results about advanced manufacturing industry development path,the study introduces the research contents and methods,put forward the innovation and deficiencies.Secondly,summarizes the concepts of advanced manufacturing and theoretical foundation of the development path selection,and summarizes the basis of choosing path;Thirdly,according to the situation in Henan province,fundamental analysis on the development of advanced manufacturing industry in Henan province and the provincial comparison.Then,according to the empirical research results of advanced level and manufacturing serviceizing level to choose the suitable development path for each sub-sectors.Finally,put forward countermeasures to realize the advanced manufacturing industry development path.The innovation of this study have two points,one is that taking the advanced manufacturing industry in Henan province as research target and development path as research problem,purposeful and targeted.The other is that based on realities of situation in Henan,through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,considering the comparative advantages of each sub-sectors of advanced manufacturing industries in Henan province,selecting the corresponding development path with the characteristic of Henan,stand out the actual meaning and maneuverability.
