In the year of economic globalization,the competitions between enterprises become more intense,and the business management has become a new growth point for enterprise development.Among them,performance management system of high efficiency is the significant aspect to develop and reflect the effect of business management,and also the key factor to the success of enterprise operation.Driven by the reform of the health system recent years,the affiliated enterprises of public hospital are participating the market competitions gradually.Although these enterprises have a lot of innate market resources,its core competitiveness,that is business management,still has much space to be improved.On the basis of previous studies and combined with the reality of Tuoxin company,the affiliated enterprise of Peking University Tumor Hospital(Beijing Institute for Cancer Research),the paper summarizes the current situation and problems,updates the existing performance system through Literature Research method,Questionnaire and Survey method etc.,and develops the comprehensive performance evaluation indicator combined with Key Performance Evaluation and Balanced Scorecard.In this process,the author introduces the PDCA cycle quality management,discusses the supporting measures to achieve the goal of performance management.At the same time,combined with the expansion direction and future development strategy of the new business for Tuoxin company,the author enlarges the application scope of comprehensive performance evaluation indicators,and provides reference for performance management of similar companies.
