The spirit of technology is a kind of idea which is formed with the development of technology,it is the key to improve the ability of independent innovation and the essential spirit to realize the construction of an innovative country.Premier Li Keqiang at the national NPC and CPPCC on "government work report" for the first time put forward the "2025 China manufacturing" of the grand plan,put forward:adhere to the "market-oriented,government guidance,based on the current and long-term,overall progress,key breakthrough,the basic principle of independent development,open cooperation",through the "three steps" strategy implementation the goal of manufacturing power."
