With the changing of economic environment,the new business is constantly updated,enterprise scale is growing,the employee's knowledge structure,service level and management ability should also be changed,so in the process of enterprise development,sustained and effective staff training in the process of the development of the enterprise has made outstanding contribution.Only through the rational design of staff training programs,to solve the existing problems in the training work,in order to make the training effect multiplier,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,so that enterprises in the industry in a leading position.Dehui rural commercial bank as a veteran of the county financial institutions with thirty years of history,won the first deposit,loan first,profit first,customers first,network group first,human resources first,the first tax and so on,is the largest county business bank.But the network coverage,personnel brings scale benefits at the same time,there are also problems of business development level is not balanced between the organizations and the staff,and with the progress of the times,the development of business,many employees of the business level and the idea does not keep pace with the times,which requires effective training to update the concept and knowledge structure employee.But inherent in Dehui rural commercial bank management and training mode is not a complete set of training system,lack of long-term planning,cannot adapt to the development of enterprises,nor for the strategic planning of enterprise services,training before research,training instructors are not professional,teaching form a single boring,course content is not fullyprepared,after training don't track,the training results cannot be effectively transformed into productive forces,therefore,to design a set of effective training plan and strictly enforced,to improve their professional level and overall quality will play a key role.Based on the above problems,this paper takes Dehui rural commercial bank as a sample,using the theory of competency model,the four level evaluation model,using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,research and design of the Dehui Rural Commercial Bank Training program.In this paper,the background and significance of the research,the research direction and the famous theory about training are introduced.General introduction to the general situation of enterprise,analysis of existing personnel structure,based on the training status of the hierarchical analysis of the main problems of Dehui rural commercial bank is training,and analyzes the causes of the problem.Through the research on the development strategy of enterprise,questionnaire survey and analysis of the results and the use of competency model for different levels of staff training needs analysis from three aspects of organization,personnel,tasks,and draw the corresponding results.According to the needs of the development of training programs and implementation,and the use of four level model for training effectiveness evaluation.Finally,introduce the organizational,personnel system,capital and other aspects of protection of Dehui rural commercial bank employee training.It is increasing in the level of artificial intelligence,traditional financial institutions are facing the dual impact of emerging Internet financial market and the environment,staff training as the improvement of working methods,the basic means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to improve the training efficiency and training results of conversion is the key.It is hope that through the analysis,design and developing training programs for the actual development of Dehui ruralcommercial bank,the bank staff to enhance the quality of power supply,and effectively promote the Dehui rural commercial bank business development in a new step.
